Forwarding Your Office Phone
If you would like to forward your office phone to another phone, please use the following instructions to do so:
- Access the Cisco Self Care Portal at https://phone.umd.edu/ucmuser
- Log in with your UMD directory ID and password
- Under “My Phones”, there will be a section titled “Additional Phones”.
- Under “Additional Phones”, click “Add an Additional Phone”
- Enter your personal phone number that you’d like your office phone to be forwarded to.
- Click “Enable Single Number Reach” and Save.
Note:
If you run into the error message “There are no phone numbers available for this user”, email itsupport@umd.edu with an explanation of the issue and your name, directory ID, and phone number.
