Notes on the Xerox 6700

If repeated jamming is occurring or the fuser door (right side) is difficult to close, make sure that the vanilla lever on the top left is pushed all the way back into the 'letter' position and is not in the middle position or the lower 'Envelope' position.

Per the vendor, the 6700's fuser may need some time to cool off after a large print job- this will generate a message instructing the user to turn the printer off and turn it back on after 30 seconds.
