Flood2 Resource Dashboard

As of now, you will be able to see the total memory used on each compute node, total cpu usage on each compute node, the number of jobs running, how much memory each job is consuming, and if/what nodes oom killer has been invoked. If you would like additional metrics please let me know and I'll see if they can be added.
